Terms and Conditions

Texas Guns and Ammo is a Licensed Firearms Dealer and all Federal, state and local laws will be followed. All items requiring and FFL to be shipped will only be shipped to another FFL. Please have your FFL information ready when you make your order. 

If we miss something we do offer a three-day NON-FIRING return if anything substantial is not as described (reproduction militaria, major damage not pictured, etc.). All returns are only with our approval and our decision is final. We may accept returns for other reasons on a case-by-case situation but there will be a 20% restocking fee less shipping both ways if approved. All local and federal firearms laws are to be followed. Know your state laws. Any return due to you buying a restricted item you can't legally receive will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping both ways. USPS money orders are accepted by mail but any other payment type that is mailed will be held 10 business days until cleared at the bank. Mailed payments must be sent with a tracking number. Payments mailed without a tracking number that do not arrive within 7 days will require alternative instant payment such as credit card or the order may be canceled. Local pickup is an option so you can save the shipping charge. Texas LTC or form 4473 required. Shipping includes insurance for the value of the item up to $500. If you would like additional insurance, please let us know before you pay your invoice. Payment for items with the listed amount for shipping will be assumed to only want the standard insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages for more than the insured amount you selected. If you are not sure about something, please ask before you buy. I am happy to answer questions and provide more photos of anything you need. All firearms have had a cursory visual and operational inspection such as bolt or slide operation and trigger function but may not have been test fired, especially vintage guns with numbered parts that may get damaged. We do our best to describe any obvious defects. Always have ANY used firearm inspected by a licensed gunsmith of your choice BEFORE attempting to load or fire it. Deftec Solutions LLC is not responsible for death or injuries to the purchaser or anyone else as a result of the use of any items sold. ANY firearm made for military use or over 40 years old is only sold as a display piece and we make no guarantees about the firing ability, safety to fire, mechanical operation, bore condition, headspace, accuracy or any other performance guarantee of these types of non firing collectibles unless specifically stated in the listing. Curio and Relic Licenses are always welcome for Curio and Relic eligible firearms. I do ship to California and other restricted states for eligible items. (NOTE California law prohibits sending C&R items direct to your C&R. Must ship to a dealer). Do not ask to ship anything that is restricted or illegal in your state. Do not ask to ship any C&R item to a C&R license that is not on the C&R list or eligible due to age. All Federal, state and local laws will be followed. I do my best to research models, variations, and values before I list but occasionally I may miss something especially if it is not in my normal field of collecting.
